An independent panel of 8–10 experts scores every mandal on a transparent 100-mark checklist, verified by a review committee.
Fire Safety
Extinguishers and sand buckets in place, clear escape routes, flame-retardant décor and a documented fire-prevention checklist.
Electrical Safety
Certified wiring, ELCB/MCB protection with earthing, load balancing and safe generator placement away from crowds.
Security & Access Control
CCTV coverage, barricaded entry points, screening of suspicious items and an emergency control room.
Medical & Paramedical Safety
First-aid post on site, trained volunteers, accessible medical contacts and rapid response for emergencies.
Crowd & Public Awareness
Darshan queue planning, one-way movement, PA announcements and special care for women, children and senior citizens.
